• Step 1 - Assemble the Dispenser Stand
• Step 2 - Attach the Mounting Bracket
• Step 3 - Attach the Dispensers to the Carousel

ASSEMBLE THE DISPENSER STAND

1. Screw in the leveling feet onto the base plate.
2. Place bolt through spider, column, and base plate.
3. Screw nut onto bolt under the base plate and tighten well. The base column will be unstable if the bolt is not tightened and the column is not oriented properly to the base.
4. Place Carousel upside down on floor (as shown) and align the eight screw holes on the bottom of the carousel with the eight screw holes in the spider. Use the eight #10 x 1/2" PH Flat Head screws to attach the base to the carousel. (package A)

ATTACH THE MOUNTING BRACKET

1. Align the metal mounting brackets (included in the dispenser packaging) to the bracket outlines on the top of the carousel and screw brackets into the carousel. Do not use the screws that came with the mounting brackets. Use the twelve (12) #8 x 1/2" PH Pan Head Screws that were included in the Carousel packaging. (package B)


2. Remove the wall mount brackets from the back of the SmartStock dispensers by opening the dispenser door and pressing out the release lever while pushing down on the wall mount bracket.

ATTACH THE DISPENSERS TO THE CAROUSEL

1. Grasping the dispenser with both hands, place unit over bracket and secure in place. Attach all three dispensers to carousel.


2. Slide the triangular support tabs into the middle of the rectangular openings in the back of the mounted dispensers. Press the triangular Support piece firmly down to lock the tabs in place.

3. Place Smart Stock Dispenser stand on a level surface.
