PROBLEM
The paper bunches up on every dispense, because it pulls to the left or to the right.

SOLUTION

• One of the springs holding the pinch roller to the drive roller may have come loose. If the drive roller only makes contact with the pinch roller on one side of the dispenser, you will need a new dispenser.
