PROBLEM
The Fault Mode light is on, and the dispenser does not function.

SOLUTION

• The Fault Mode light indicates that the dispenser has experience failure.
• Make sure that the paper roll rotates freely.
• Clear any paper path obstruction and unload and reinstall batteries.
• The batteries may require replacement.
