PROBLEM
The dispenser is not automatically dispensing towels, but manual feed works.

SOLUTION

• Make sure metal clip/trigger located underneath the manual feed button is bent so that it makes contact with the cover when the cover is closed.
• Check sensor range switch (see Adjusting Dispenser Settings). Try moving the switch to a higher setting.
