enMotion® Automated Towel Dispenser

DISPENSER TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
When you move your hand over the electronic eye sensor, there is no motor or dispenser operation.

SOLUTION
  • Check to make sure there are paper towels in the dispenser. If empty, refill the dispenser.
  • Check the batteries. If necessary, replace batteries with four "D" cell alkaline batteries.
  • Check to see if the battery contacts are bent down. If they are bent down too much, they may not make good contact with the batteries. They can be carefully pulled out a little.
  • Check if the manual feed button works.
