DISPENSER TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
The dispenser is new and does not dispense towels.

SOLUTION
  • Make sure the plastic wrap around the batteries was removed before installation. Batteries will not work with wrap on them.
  • Make sure the batteries are installed correctly (according to diagram on battery case).
  • If batteries are unwrapped, but dispenser is still not working, replace batteries with four "D" cell alkaline batteries.
  • Make sure battery case is closed and case is not sagging.
  • Make sure two metal clips are located in battery compartment and that batteries touch once case is installed. If one or two clips are missing, contact us.
