DISPENSER TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
The batteries in my dispenser keep draining fairly quickly.

SOLUTION
  • Make sure that the carousel is locked in position and the towel is fed over the top of the carousel bar.
  • Make sure that the roll is not leaning against the back of the dispenser causing the roll to drag.
  • Make sure there is no paper wrapped around the feed roller.
  • Make sure you are using the right refill product .
