DISPENSER TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
The Roll Holder does not hold the paper roll.

SOLUTION
  • Roll supports may be missing or damaged. Replacement is required.
  • Make sure you are using the correct enMotion Recessed Towels: SKUs 89410, 89420,or 89430
  • Check to make sure paper roll is loaded correctly.
  • Make sure paper roll is not damaged or paper roll end plug(s) is present.
