enMotion® Recessed Automated Towel Dispenser

DISPENSER TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
The dispenser dispenses the next towel without activating the sensor.

SOLUTION
  • Check function (ODM/HM) setting. This function is normal if set in HM (Hang Mode) setting.
  • Check for damage to lens or foam gasket located just behind lens on mechanism, which must be in contact with the lens. If damaged or missing, replacement is required.
  • Make sure unit comes to a complete stop before you tear off the towel. If towel is torn off before the motor has come to a complete stop, another towel will be dispensed.
