The cover does not lock.

  • Make sure lock is not damaged. Metal lock catch should be in contact with fixed plastic catch. Lock may need replacement.
  • Make sure cover is not damaged. Check hinges for breakage.
  • Make sure cover lock aligns with lock catch on back. Slight adjustments can be made to the cover to improve alignment. Cover may need replacement.
